“Was very skeptical because of internet scams. NO WORRIES HERE!! Was able to get the specific model iPhone my daughter wanted (unlocked) at an unreal price. From placing the order to arrival, less than a week. The reps that I spoke to were very nice and courteous. And best of all? I was able to get her phone plan with Verizon with no hassle at all! The phone was 100% clean and ready to go. Couldn't be happier.”

“It was very easy to find the device I wanted and for a very reasonable price. I had broken my previous phone and needed a new one ASAP. The shipping was super fast and they even send you a video of your device before they ship it to you which I think is very considerate of them. The team is very polite and helpful. If you are thinking about purchasing a phone from here I definitely reccomend.”

“I love uptrade. Alot of phones to choose from. The shipping process was unique. You get a personal link to a vide of your phone being packaged for shipping which was a great technique. Fast shipping and great working phone. Will definitely buy again and recommend thi site to anyone in need.”

“The entire process was as simple as it gets. Keep in mind you’ll want to use your own box for trade-ins or get charged a small fee. But their trade-in prices are better than Apple’s trade in program. I’m considering buying one of their phones as well after a smooth transaction trading in my old phone.”

“In the midst of this pandemic my phone broke. No stores are open so I did some research & found Up Trade Tech. I was skeptical but proceeded to order an iPhone 8Plus that was listed in ‘good’ condition. This phone is in pristine condition. I’m shocked at how clean it is. My expected arrival time was 7 days when in reality it only took 4 days to get into my hands. Amazing customer service. I’ll absolutely use again. Will tell everyone about this company. Thank you!”
