“Needed phones to trade in to AT&T to get an offer. Bought two phone from Uptrade and was amazed at their service. Kept me informed every step of the way, when they shipped they also sent a video of how my personal product was packaged. Good arrived in excellent and secure packaging and they passed AT&T's rigorous trade in test. So I 100% recommend UpTrade the only site probably with legit phones.”

“I had a previous bad experience ordering a used phone online, so I was really hesitant to order one from UpTrade. I was shocked that they sent me a video of my phone being cleaned, packaged, and that my name and address was on the label. It made me feel so much better. The phone arrived fast, looked brand new, and worked perfectly. I am definitely pleased with my purchase and with UpTrade.”

“Process was extremely easy. Submitted the trade-in specs (iPhone 7 plus - mint condition). Received email with order number and shipping label. Shipped phone and received an email notifying that the package was received. Next, received a link to an unboxing video. Finally, received email confirming iPhone was as described and an e-check was sent the same day. Amazingly simple and straightforward process with full transparency throughout the entire process. Will use again!”

“Price was decent and delivery was super quick (ordered Monday, came Friday). I purchased an iPhone XR/Black/Excellent/T-Mobile and it came exactly as described. No glitches, no scratches, battery health excellent. Phone was not blacklisted and was paid off. Overall, I'd highly recommend UpTrade if you're looking for a used phone from a reliable source. Side notes: I actually have MetroPCS as my carrier, but TMobile phones still work with T-Mobile (but not vice versa). All you need to do when you call to switch your phone is say it is unlocked, and you'll be able to switch as you would with any MetroPCS/unlocked phone. Also iPhone XR's SIM placement is tricky, chip side should face up.”

“The whole process was easy. Uptrade kept me in the loop through out the whole process. On the day they received it, they showed me a video of how my phone was unpacked. They tested it and sent me the eCheck within hours on the same day! Highly recommended!”

“I recv’d my phone within 2 days as promised. Very good packaging and sanitized. Looks brand new as advertised. With OS 13.5 I was able to transfer everything from my old phone in less than an hour. I highly recommend this Company. I Will definitely shop again.”

“You guys are doing wonderful customers services. Reasons are: 1. I got my shipment earlier than the Corp. promised 2. After receiving my phone, it fall down and broke the back class, they recalled it and repaired free of any charge 3. Most importantly, the device is well above my expectations. “My first time using uptradit. As for others, not sure if it was for real, but read other positive reviews and decided to give it a try. I had to contact their support because my CC wasn't going through. They responded a day later, but I had already purchased the phone with paypal, but they are "supporting". Most importantly, the phone arrive just as described. Excellent service and business. I will be purchasing from them again.”
