“Sold my unwanted IPhone 8. The quote I received was the highest of online websites. Shipping label provided by email almost immediately. Received updates throughout shipping process. I even received a video of the unboxing upon UpTrade receiving the package. Payment received the next day by electronic check. Very smooth transaction and excellent customer service.”

“I like the level of legitimacy UpTrade offers. Never lied about the condition of their phones. And sets reasonable prices for every last one. Had no issues with delivery. Received all my orders on time with the condition stated from the website before purchase. Have not relied on customer service that much so no reviews on that but I believe customer service is just as amazing as the way they handle business.”

“I both sold and bought a phone with UpTrade. I would strongly recommend this company. The phone we purchased exceeded our expectations. It was labeled ‘fair’ but was truly near perfect. It came nicely protected and quick! The selling of our other phone was a seamless process. Plus, we got offered more money than any other on line company. I will definitely look here the next go round first!”
