“Been a decent company, good quality control, and fair prices. I did my block and cyl head full race and got all my parts from urotuning they were also helpful on customer service side helping from getting the right valve keepers to the right rod bearings for the IE rods. Highly recommend for any vw/audi biuld or even just repairs”

“Pretty lame experience with URO and "customer service". After ordering, I was flooded with emails about hurrying up and buying things that were in my cart. When it came to my order, I had to reach out twice before getting any response and they only informed me that my brake parts were being drop shipped. When asking about the other parts, I took a couple of tries to get them to understand that I was asking about something other than the brakes.”
