“They sent the MK7.5 exhaust and not the MK7. The tailpipes are too wide and I can’t put the exhaust tips on. I emailed them multiple times in hopes to get it resolved. Very disappointed in the customer service.”

“'05 Mercedes SLK 55 AMG Lamin-X headlight films/Tint The headlight parts of the kit where undersized, fog lights films fit fine... Which isn't the fault of UROTuning, but the templates Lamin-X utilize for my car... Currently in the process of getting issue rectified by UROTuning customer service🫤”

“I have a brand new 22 VW GTI MK8. I was ready to do some upgrades when I saw what most people's first upgrade is. An intake, Let's do it. I ordered the product with no knowledge of it. When it arrived boy was I excited. This product was better then I can imagine from the 5 minute install to the gratification I found when in boost you can hear the turbo spooling and when you let off you can hear it blowing off access air. It's amazing!”
