“Easy purchase, great website, fast shipping, and quality equipment. Instructions were a bit rough for entry level, and they don’t detail the actual sizes/dimensions of the torx screws so don’t drop one into the abyss under your engine like I did as replacing them is very difficult if you live in the US like me. I had to sub out the manifold bracket for zip ties as a result of not being able to find a proper T30 anywhere known to man out here. Even amazon acts like I’m crazy when I search for one.”

“So I wanted to upgrade the front sway bar bushings on my 2009 BMW 528iXdrive with firmer poly bushings. According to the UROTuning catalog, these were the correct ones. Once received, they were nowhere close to the right size. I did find another supplier online that did offer the correct ones which I have installed and they are awesome. The reason that I am giving UROtuning a low rating is because they are charging me both a restocking fee and a return shipping fee. So I'm paying for their catalog mistake. Had they not charged me to return the wrong product, I would have given 5 stars.”

“Great service. Was concerned about my shipment so I called to check on it. While on the phone they check with shipping/receiving and my order was being packaged right at that moment. Whole process was easy and enjoyable.”

“Excellent, made my car wicked fast. Sadly I got rear ended on the highway and totaled my car had a smile on my face the whole time tho thanks to this tune lol. Will definitely buy another tune for my next car, definitely recommend.”

“Awesome company for German car parts. A lot more reliable of a site than ECSTuning. It doesn’t have as many options as ECS but you won’t get screwed over by Uro like so many people do by ECS”
