“Emailed them I was missing items from my order. Emailed them and let them know they stated i was lying about the missing items. It took over a week of emails then they finally gave me a refund for the missing parts. They emailed me stating that their inventory was correct and they didnt mess my order up.”

“The Balance Shaft Service Kit - VW/Audi 2.0T TSi / Beetle / CC / EOS / Mk5 / Mk6 / GTi & GLi / Passat B6 / Tiguan worked good for 370 miles. Then the exhaust side Balance shaft seized. So now I have to find out whT to do with this defective part.”
