“I used this on my “off road” Dodge Dart when we installed headers and a high flow Cat. 0420 code caused check engine light to come on. Check engine light is out now after installing this part. Very well made…heavy duty part. Shipping was super fast too! High recommend!”

“I am new to the Volkswagen brand but I purchased rear brake pads for my wife's 2015 Passat using this websites selection system unfortunately they were the wrong configuration. I asked for help, a work day passed without any response so I ended up using another website tuning house to try to source parts, fortunately I was able to get correct parts on the car, actually before hearing back from URO three working days later. Once I did hear back I was very politely allowed to return the items for an exchange or refund I was asked to provide a part number for what I really needed (?) I did some digging and based on the parts I received from the Other Tuning House I was able to provide a number so I returned the URO parts confirmed in their possession within 3 days of being given an RMA, it's been almost 2 months since my initial purchase so I emailed them to which they promptly responded with an email invoice ( I promptly paid) requesting more money for shipping and "parts differences" and I still am waiting on parts, in an attempt to be fair and patient I can't help but feel like I should have just taken a refund.”

Bill, We deeply apologize for all of the delays in getting this resolved for you. Looking into this a bit more these pads do fit the 2015 Passats with the 272mm rear rotors only as stated on the site. I have issued you a gift card for all of the inconvenience this has caused you.
