We are sorry to hear that the shipping took so long. It appears that the post office may have sorted the package wrong or lost it. Then got the package to you a month after it shipped out. We apologize for that, however, this is something that is out of our control as it is physically not in our hands.

Please understand that a transmission rebuild kit is not something the manufacturers have on hand and is ready to ship when an order comes through. These are made to order and take 3-4 weeks to ship. We do our best to keep the site updated as much as possible, this item is stated on the site that it is a direct ship from the manufacturer and is subject to their lead times.

We are sorry to hear that this item does not fit your vehicle. Are you able to provide us with your exact vehicle and specs? These are noted to only fit M package pre-facelift vehicles. It is possible this was purchased for the wrong vehicle. We would be more than happy to help get this resolved.

Are you able to send photos of the installation to Support@urotuning.com? We have sold a lot of these over the years without any issues. It is possible that if the installation was performed incorrectly it can cause lo pressure. Or there may be a defect with the item as well. Other scenarios can cause low pressure as well we are more than happy to help get this resolved for you.
