“I never got it with my order, so i cant give a rivew”

“The drain plug was fine for about 2 oil changes and the 3rd time it sheared off. Luckily I was able to get the piece out without damage, it wasn’t fully tight. Wouldn’t really recommend because it’s not very durable or reusable. Pretty thin metal. Otherwise it worked fine before it broke.”

“Recently switched to the Stage 2 + Tune for my 2012 Golf R - Absolutely love the difference compared to the competition, the delivery of boost is much smoother. Recently I had problems with a rough idle and realized my former cold air intake solution was causing a massive vacuum leak around the turbo inlet area. As a result I ordered the IE CAI which comes with an aftermarket inlet that fits perfect and sealed up my vacuum leak. My car is now running better than ever before and I have IE to thank for that performance.”

“I’ve used urotuning since 2018. This is my go to site, the customer service is excellent, I receive a response within 2 hours and they really do help. I tried buying an exhaust and the website said they couldn’t ship it to my address, I contacted customer support and they personally made me an invoice and made shipping arrangements for my address. They really go above and beyond”

“Only received one of the items I ordered. Contacted them and a reshipment was sent out and still not correct. Here we are 10+ days later, only received part of my order and still waiting for the rest. Customer service has been decent but far from happy with the results I’ve received. Shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple order correct the first time much less the second time.”

“The rear wiper delete fits nice and easy to install. It gives the rear glass a clean look as well! Great design and the orings help keep the water out! Awesome product. Would def recommend!!”
