“never ended up getting my golf r mirror caps or sequential that i ended up spending about $247. i accidentally placed to a address that i previously lived at before. fortunately for me im still in contact with them, yet the package never came through. when i first placed order they said they would send an email with the tracking. got a bunch of junk spam emails while that one never came in. but i got the delivery and rate how my product is. whatever it is shouldn’t have to go through all this when you pay for exactly what you want. granted i did mess up i know the person that lives their because this isn’t the first time we left our old adress saved to a website.”

“I actually received a mk5 instead of a mk4 carrier bearing. I was then required to take a picture of the wrong part sent (it's clearly marked on the box and the carrier itself). I'm still waiting to for an email back to find out what I'm supposed to do to get the correct bearing sent to me. That was 6 days ago when I sent the pics I was asked to provide.”
