“They ended up not having the product that I ordered in the warehouse so I was promptly emailed with two replacement items that I could choose from which were shipped right away and I was refunded the difference.”

“Not even the right timing chain set and they say it fits a 2015 550i for $460 what a waste never doing business with this company again this isn’t the only issue I had. Timing chain guide doesn’t even fit. They have yet to respond I’ll stick to fcp euro. 👎🏿🖕🏿🤡”

Nate, I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. I see that we were able to look into this more and the kit received was correct, however, there are a couple of options. We had another chain shipped out to you. Were you able to get this installed?

“Sent me the wrong part, told me to send a picture of it then ghosted me. Won't respond to email. Been almost 4 weeks now and I still haven't heard from them. Disputed charge on credit card and will never do business with Urotuning again.”

“Ordering process was very simple! Things were going great until it took a very long time to ship. Weeks later once it shipped I was quick to install my SPEC clutch kit and I really made sure I broke it in correctly as it is not my first rodeo. To my surprise the product did not deliver the quality it advertised only tolerating 2/3 of the rated torque. I have sent an email to retuning and will update my review accordingly based on customer service.”

“Pretty conflicted on what to rate you guys. The products are GREAT. Love my 0.05s. The shipping time is nice and smooth! HOWEVER, customer service is kind of bad. I ordered a pack of 4 center caps. Only received 1, then when I sent an email I was told it would be 1-3 business days for a response. Moving into week two without a response. Still haven’t received what I ordered”
