“When it comes to customer service and product knowledge, no one does it like Urotuning. I used to shop around for my parts and always had some sort of issue when grabbing from anywhere else. Since I started solely going through Urotuning, I haven’t had a single hiccup. Huge shout out to Geoff for always providing a top notch customer experience.”

“I was sent the silicone hoses without the couplers or clamps. These are useless to me. I emailed Jahvis Sawney to get my issue fixed. He asked me to send a picture of what I was sent and I did. Then it took him nearly a week to respond. It has been over a week now as I write this review. A few days ago I asked him to send me instructions for how to return the items since it had been a week at that time and there still had been no resolution, which tells me my issue is not a priority to UroTuning. They got my money so why bother rushing to fix the issue? Now, I haven't received any response on how to make the return. Very disappointed in their customer service and will not likely patronize their business ever again. Absolutely abysmal treatment!”

“My order was supposed to be shipped via UPS or FedEx, but the manufacturer sent it USPS instead. UroTune refunded my shipping charges to make up for it. They responded within 24 hours of emails, were very friendly, and overall very good customer service. Will 10/10 shop here again”
