“Ordered a set of Apex SM-10 wheels and experienced a delay with the manufacturer. During this time the staff at UroTuning stayed in regular communication with me regarding delivery updates. Wheels may have arrived a little late, but I have no complaints. These things happen and the UroTuning staff did a great job offering alternative options and giving me the choice to wait for the color I ordered or make a change.”

Hello Wesley! Thank you for your feedback regarding your order. When a customer orders small stickers with free shipping on an order, they are sent out using regular mail. We send those items in an envelope with a stamp, as it is the only way we can offer free shipping on just stickers. This shipping method does take longer and does not have tracking available than other options.

“It helps a little bit but I would go with something like the 034 design I think that would allow for less trans movement but this was easy and I don’t notice any difference in the NVH.”
