“Everything was as advertised. I thought I was missing a part at first but hose was just sent separately. Before installing my car was stalling at low rpms, initially replaced my LPFP but that didn't fix it. Installed the PCV valve and hose + canister purge valve and everything is working fine now.”

“Purchased an axle for a 2000 jetta and urotuning sent me the wrong item and they charged me a restocking fee and a fee to send it back to then be able to get a few dollars back.”

“I dont know what takes longer, being on hold with these guys or with my doctor, horrible communication, didnt tell me that one of the products i ordered was on back order until way after i purchased(they labeled the product available) , and when they were finally able to ship one of the products out( the main thing i needed) they shipped out the wrong product, and i asked 3 times if the product that was being sent to me was a specific product due to there being a similar product on their website ,and i couldnt even get a full refund, only sToRe cReDiT, even thought i wasnt at fault”

Hello Eric, Thank you for the feedback regarding your order. Your order was placed Friday night (the 20th) after the close of business and was shipped the following business day Monday the 23rd, from Neuspeed. With the selected standard free shipping, 5-6 business days of shipping time to cross the country is very typical. It was delivered on the 30th, which is 6 business days after the order was placed. It, unfortunately, did cross 2 weekends, which greatly impacted your order's delivery time.
