We have to reach out to the manufacturer to get the return approval as well as make sure the correct item is in stock as well as set up the exchange for you. It is not as simple as if these items were something we had in stock here as we could get that going right away for you.

“I asked for help choosing the right gear oil for my 2017 Jetta. The help I got was very helpful and he made it easy for me to be able to check out by sending the link and all I had to do was pay for it. I asked for a sticker of the gear oil brand they didn’t have that but did hook me up with a urotuning swag pack which was above and beyond. Thanks again for your help.”

“Fast shipping, great product. Since I had my car tuned, I could not figure out what was causing wheel hop. After adjusting starting vibration and OBD 11, it just made it worse. Finally after doing research, I came to the conclusion that they factory dog bone mount is not adequate to handle the torque. After installing this product, my car drives like a race car. Wheel hop is completely eliminated and traction is improved as well as responsiveness from the DSG.”
