“Vargas crankcase breather kit did not fit onto my 2013 550ix N63 BMW. Website stated it did but upon install it could not fit on oil filler tube.it also did not clear hood upon closing. Good prices otherwise but customer service very slow to respond.”

“Slight hiccup due to error on my part. I contacted URO after receiving the part I had ordered incorrectly. I was provided a return label for the item iI ordered wrong and URO sent the part that was actually needed in a very timely manner. No hassle exchange from their excellent customer service. BTW, the part I really needed was not in their offerings but they found it and had it shipped to me. Awsome customer service.”
