“Not a great place to shop or order from. Avoid this business...Beware!! Money you spend through them doesn't mean anything even if your spending thousands of dollars on a new build. No special deals or discounts. Coilovers I purchased were lost in shipment NOT bad weather, that I've been waiting 8 weeks to receive, yet the company Five8 Industries or Urotuning, didn't do anything to correct the situation ASAP. I was expected to wait many more weeks for UPS to do a investigation before I could get product I paid for in full. I'll be doing the rest of my build through a different company that gives a sh*t about my business and wants to earn it. Maybe martiniworks.com will get all my business now.. I hope the loss of business and this review will, find its way into the hands of shoppers before they purchase from Urotuning”

Jonathan, We sincerely regret any inconvenience you've experienced. The coilovers were dispatched directly from the manufacturer via UPS, as they were not part of our regular inventory. Unfortunately, UPS encountered severe weather conditions in your area on 1/23, leading to a delay in the delivery attempt. By 1/24, when UPS was ready to successfully deliver the item, we had already taken proactive steps to cancel the order and redirect the package, as per your request. Please be assured that we made every effort to expedite the process and ensure a prompt resolution. Even if an alternative set had been dispatched by the manufacturer, it wouldn't have reached you sooner than the original package. In light of the circumstances, we promptly initiated a refund to facilitate a swift resolution and prevent any further delays. We sincerely wish you the best in your future purchases, whether with us or another company. Should you require any further assistance from Urotuning, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

“UroTuning is alway a pleasure to work with. The website is easy to navigate and they always have what I need. The customer service is amazing and fast. The only issue I have and it isn't Urotuning's fault is the shipping. FedEx shipped my last item fro Florida to North Carolina where I live then to Arizona then Mississippi then Missouri the Tennessee then to me. My last product was the same way just a different route. The UroTuning team advised me to call them instead of ordering online and I can get my products shipped through UPS. I am excited to for my next purchase.
