“Shipping is fast and products are delivered in the shape id expect them to be in. Lord knows the amount of times ive ordered from ECS and the wrong part was delivered, or the box is bent or god forbid the coilovers? my coilovers came from ECS bent thanks to bad shipping..”

“There’s a clamp/ connection piece that was left out of my order so after paying the 540 ish dollars I can’t even put it into my car. My mechanic has already taken out my old lines so now I’m screwed until I can get ahold of your customer service line which lets me hold for around 10 min before dropping the call. Unacceptable from such a normally great company.”

This kit ships from TGK directly and is something that we do not have in stock here otherwise we would have a replacement shipped out to you right away. “Super happy with the service I received and even happier about my coolant hoses! These things are ROBUST. Also fantastic looking, I replaced everything plastic or rubber under my hood with brass fittings or silicone hose, not likely to leak coolant again anytime soon lol”
