This is a very cool detail, it looks cool. The only advice is to thoroughly clean the thread from dirt during installation, do not rush. I took a set with a hex key and a metal brush. Slowly make a new part by hand, if it goes tight, check the cleanliness, it is very easy to spoil the landing hole, do not rush.

My strut had peeling paint, and what appears to be surface rust. Ordered on 7/31 and it is now 08/14 . Still waiting for a response from the supplier. It was faster for me to order a new one. Response on this issue has been slow.

first off ....always the best customer service and are very professional. The knowledge that they have is outstanding And every single employee working understands you no matter what because they also drive the same cars ,and have been through exactly what you are going through. Been messaging and messaging about my part I order on the 7th and nobody know where it is or what’s going on and I paid extra to be delivered early but I guess I lose my money and time it’s been 5 days now

The Turbo you ordered is a direct ship item from Shuenk. As we did not have the turbo in stock we needed to communicate with them for information regarding when this would be able to ship. I had a wonderful experience with UroTuning! Connor was a massive help and extremely polite and down to earth! There was a mix up with rotiform during the ordering process for my wheels but both parties were super quick in getting everything sorted out without a headache and I still got my wheels really quick!! I will absolutely be ordering more and always recommending UroTuning to friends!!

Did not fit my car. Tried contacting company with a phone call to voicemail and an email to with no answers. Returned getting my money back in “store credit” to order other items or I would have lost about $100 dollars if I wanted cash back. Will order what I need to, to get my moneys worth. Be absolutely positive what you need before purchasing.

I only gave a 2 because I was a little bummed about this purchase. The website shows the trans mount cheaper as an add-on to buying the engine mount. This is why I ordered it together from you guys. It turns out, I received two engine mounts instead, and your website is incorrectly mapped. It inadvertantly adds an additional engine mount for that price, not the trans mount it shows. When I called to get it corrected, you guys did mail me the right part, but I had to pay the difference. I'm pretty sure that legally you should have given me the parts at the advertised price. It isn't my fault your web developers made a mistake. This is why you have lower environments for testing before you put it on the main website (I'm a developer). I didn't fight it because I've been a customer a while, and don't feel like fighting. But basically this was a false advertisement. Technically I have a receipt showing that I payed for those parts at the said price. That is a legal transaction. Would be really cool if you guys refunded me the difference and owned up to your mistake. Also, I'm not complaining. You guys asked me for a review. Sorry. Have a great weekend though, guys.

You are correct the transmission mount should have been shipped to you at no additional cost.
