“I'm a first time customer. I ordered a pair of shocks for my son's car, always a little hesitant to order parts online because it's a little bit of a hassle if you get the wrong parts and have to return them. I received the correct parts and I felt that the quality was as good if not better than factory parts. Very happy with the customer service, they were very helpful and courteous.”

“My Apple wallet defaulted to an old shipping address. After completing my order I called Urotuning immediately to have the address chagned. I was able to get ahold of someone who said he changed the address however it didn't change, and the part went to my old address. I now have no part and was not able to redirect the package with no additional help from Urotuning.”
