“Experience purchase was very good. I understand that Urotuning had send out the product fairly quick however the shipping courier is extreme slow. Place the order since August 6, this review is on August 26 and have not receive the item.”

Hello Pisit! Thank you for your feedback regarding your order. Your package has shipped with USPS First Class International, which does not offer a time guarantee to Thailand. That service can take between 4-6 weeks to some international countries. We would highly recommend bumping up to at least Priority Mail International on future orders, as they typically deliver in 6-10 business days, for a relatively small price increase overall.

“My car was vibrating alot so I went to buy 2 new stage 1 mount inserts (engine and transmission). But after waiting for the shipment to arrive, I recieved a stage 1 and a stage 2 mount inserts so I couldn't even use either of them. So I have to send it back and wait for my shipment to arrive then their shipment to arrive. The whole car is vibrating now.”
