“I have yet to have an issue with UT, shipping has been one of the quickest, communication is great, and I love that UT has options under most purchases - drop down choices for different single parts in a kit (im a huge fan of customization on any subject) brand choices and even just the option on install hardware alone is a nice touch (and points up for the dollar or two knock off an install kit on parts vs the stand alone install kit.) UT is one of my go to vendors. The only real critique I have isn't much. The most stand-outish is the noticeably smaller catalog (out of vendors i purchase from at least), which is fine. Disappointed in the lack of clearance department. Dont even think its changed more than 1 or 2 items since i first started browsing vendors in January, and since its not sorted by car specs there really isn't a thing for my vehicle i could spontaneously purchase. P.S. Might just be my galaxy 7, but the app is slower than dial up.”

“the part is perfect, price is great, but shipping is outrageous at half the price of the item itself. i realize it's a size issue, not something the company can control, but when you end up paying 150% altogether, it's disheartening. even still, great speed, great quality.”

“Ordered a timing kit for a 12 valve VR6 in a Mk4 Jetta. Good prices, good parts, good turnaround. But no stickers? Small gripe, but if I spend money on car parts, especially almost $300 dollars, there better be some stickers in that box too. Other than that, no complaints.”

“Timing was very good. Had to call for my parts location and had a very polite response. Had to rate 4 stars out of 5 because the pictures shown for h7 headlight bulbs barely made a difference in brightness but at least got the color i wanted (still happy about the results). Definitely will be doing futue business on performance. Thank you urotuning for the professional customer service”

“I have used your site for some products while rebuilding my engine. Your site had a good deal on a ring rebuild kit for my Mark IV 1.8T. One thing your site is missing is the ability to search for parts after choosing your vehicle so you only see parts that are compatible with your car. Thanks”

“Received my new thermostat, housing and plastic elbow in an impressive two days after ordering. Everything was correct as far as parts. The money that you save buying parts from here is negligible since the cost of shipping cancels out your savings. Disappointed that they do not do a military discount since many other online part stores do (TectonicsTuning) or at least offer free shipping. Some good deals overall though and the Wahler Brand thermostat is OEM so I can't complain.”
