“I got exactly what I ordered faster than I expected. All I needed was three of the six pressure plate bolts but the kit came with the flywheel bolts too. I tried to use them but unfortunately, they were either too thick or there was too much thread locker and I didn’t want to risk it being the former. Overall I say it was an exceptional experience.”

“Urotuning was a site I found kind of on mistake. I had never heard of them before so I took a look around the website and they had exactly what I was looking for so I placed the order. They shipped it the very next day and I had my tracking number and a much anticipated delivery date. I got home that day to find a door tag from FedEx that says Signature Required. This was very frustrating to see since I’m a commuter and theirs no way I can be home to sign for this package. I called FedEx and they said the shipper has to make the arrangements for a pickup. I called and spoke to Arron who was very nice and very helpful. I ended up getting the package but this was four days after the initial delivery attempt. Once I got the part everything looked great. I do appreciate the help but this could be prevented if this was noted somewhere that packages over $100.00 will require a signature. This isn’t stated anywhere, not even in the shipping details. This does not discourage me from placing orders with Urotuning, only next time I will have it delivered to my office.”

“Overall, I'm pleased with the product. Came with a bunch of hose clamps which was nice. The install was pretty smooth and easy once I had the SAI pump and Combi valve removed. My only complaint is I wish the kit included some plugs for the OEM airbox.”

“So far I really like the products and what you offer for my vehicle. I would give this a very good rating, but the last order I made has will not be coming to me until 4-6 weeks. Seems they were out of stock but the website did not inform me of that. This will not discourage me from doing business in the future, but no one likes waiting 4-6 weeks to get their product.”

“You guys are great. Shipping is always on time and packaging is always well done. But packaging on this order was not. Been having my eye on these control arms and saw that they were on sale so I had to purchase them. Upon arrival the box was "beat" up. (Expected when shipping with UPS) although it seems like someone open the package. The bushing were not in place and the grease was of the bearings was smudged around the corners. Looks like someone tampered with the package before being delivered. You can see that the zip ties that were suppose to be holding the control arms down are cut. Good thing these are made to take a beating. :D All in all can't be mad for the price I got the control arms for. Thanks guys! That being said giving this a 4 star.”

“I can only comment on the speed of the order and quality of parts on arrival. I won’t be able to install until other parts arive. I had free standard shipping and time wasn’t an issue. First part of order cam in two days. The second parts took eight days which didn’t matter. Everything was well protected and undamaged. Pre installation I’m pleased. It would have been nice if there was package content slip but looks like every thing is there.”
