“I can only comment on the speed of the order and quality of parts on arrival. I won’t be able to install until other parts arive. I had free standard shipping and time wasn’t an issue. First part of order cam in two days. The second parts took eight days which didn’t matter. Everything was well protected and undamaged. Pre installation I’m pleased. It would have been nice if there was package content slip but looks like every thing is there.”

“Had a couple problems with getting my shims, but ended up not even needing the shims anyways. Otherwise very happy with the outcome of my car. I rebuilt my whole rear end and my spacers and all maintenance stuff is through urotuning.”

“Performance seems good, fixed some of my leaking issue. Good quality. Only downside was the hose connecting to the turbo was a bit oversize and two of the clamps included were regular clamps not T-bolt. Otherwise no complaints, great buy. Super fast and free shipping.”

“I cannot complain too much. Their customer service was top notch. However I did order a product that on their site didn't indicate that it was out of stock. After I placed my order I hadn't received a order confirmation for several days. So I took the initiative and reached out and was informed that I was out of stock and on order. Needless to say I ordered about 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my product. (It has shipped). Other than that pretty happy.”

“Price was good. Works and runs great. Slight problem with order which was fixed quickly. Would have been 5 Star if there was a kit with all the parts for the swap. Adding each O-ring, bolt, and misc parts was time consuming. Thanks -russ”

“Shipping, communication, and available products are outstanding. The only thing keeping you from 5 stars is your website is kinda hard to navigate (constantly having to choose my car again and again) and your mobile app isn't very good. To be honest, all you guys need to do is work on the website, desktop and mobile, but everything else has been outstanding. Will buy from you again!”

“This was my first time buying anything from this site. I ordered an axel for my 20th anniversary GTI. Parts are hard to find in stores. The first axel that cane was missing bolts and it was defective. I was upset but mistakes happen. I called costumer service. They were very professional and helpful and they were able to ship me another axel as I returend the defective one. They shipped the new axel extremely fast. It was inconvenient but at the end I was able to replace my axel. I'm definitely buying from urotuning again.”

“Bought drop plates and wheel bearings. Shipping was fast. When wheel bearings where installed they interfered with drop plate bolts. Figured as they where packaged together they would be interference free bearings. Had to pull one off which ruined it had to go spend 60 bucks at a local parts store for a bearing last minute”
