“Ordered on Black Friday still have not received. This is the 3rd time, (been buying from the company ,about 3 to 5 years now) items have been missing or just plan FORGOTTEN about. I think it's time to find another company to deal with buy my parts from”

“I could leave this review simply stating "amazing service" or "amazing customer support"... but that would be an understatement. UroTuning goes above and beyond the sheer basics of any other. “Would have given more stars but I had to purchase another throw out bearing because the tabs were broken upon delivery, also my pressure plate had a 2 inch chip on the inner diameter.”

“I ordered an AWE Touring Exhaust and 034 Motorsports Tunnel Brace for my B8.5 S4 on the Wednesday before Black Friday as their sales went live a little bit early. I received a notification a few hours later that the order had shipped, much to my delight. It arrived within a few days. Very pleased with the speed with which they got my order processed and sent out. I had a small issue with missing exhaust clamps which I reached out to UroTuning about. They got me in contact with a rep from AWE who was able to send out the missing item quickly and also with very fast shipping. Very satisfied with my purchase, will absolutely buy from UroTuning again in the future! The point program that they offer is also a big plus! The exhaust looks and sounds amazing! I've received a ton of compliments on it already!”

“Well normally it would be 5 star review. However, this purchase was disappointing. It says it was delivered and it never was. Waited a few days for maybe delays in the system. Nope, nothing at all saw this email to review product and here we are. Only ordered 1 small item. So I am greatly confused on why it is taking this long, along with multiple notifications telling me that it has been delivered to mailbox. Maybe it has nothing to do with the company’s end , maybe its local Usps. But still unacceptable. I tracked through usps site and it says it was delivered as well. And Urotuning is charging my account for a product i never got, again not professional or acceptable.”

Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control as we are at the mercy of the shipping company to deliver the items in a timely manner. We shipped a replacement to you as we want to help you the best that we can, typically, this is not something that we can offer all the time. Please understand that shipping insurance is important as it will cover the purchase if the item is stolen after delivery.

“Products showed up in about a week. I thought that was great considering they were bought during Thanksgiving time frame. Great price, fast delivery. Stage 2, HFC and down pipe. Car has come to life. Intake manifold is next. Thanks IE”

“Customer service and shipping is 2nd to none, I literally order and 2 maybe 3 days later the package is at my door and I live 2000 miles away from urotuning so it's my go to, I have order from other site which I won't name and it would be weeks before I get my parts, so if you want or need your parts in a hurry don't be afraid to order from urotuning.”

“Parts were as advertised and install was a breeze. The website asked you to download some sort of tracking app but the app never updated to a shipped status. It still said "waiting ETA" after my package had arrived. Otherwise a perfect transaction.”
