“Urotuning has been absolutely wonderful to work with. My wifes 2023 A5 S-Line has been under construction and slowly but surely we've been able to add to it and make it really unique! always answer questions timely and the prices are fantastic. Shipping has been super quick as well. Looking forward to adding a bit more to the car. Currently have the front splitter and rear deck lip spoiler....”

“This is the wrong alternator. It even said “this part fits your vehicle” it’s screwing me over big time cause I had to wait to have someone install”

Eric, We are very sorry to hear that you have not received this. It looks like you purchased the shipping insurance with your order. You will need to fill out a claim with the insurance company with the link provided below. They will then be able to send you a check to cover the cost of the item and the shipping. If you would like to avoid the delays you can place a new order now meanwhile, wait for the insurance company to send the payment for the original lost or damaged package. Or if you would like you can wait for the payment from the insurance company, then you can place a new order for the item(s). “I ordered a few things from Urotuning before realizing they were 15 minutes down the road from me. After about 15k worth of parts for my build I can definitely say they’re my favorite place to go through. Communication is on point, become friends with a few of the employees and any time I need something last minute, if they don’t have it, they certainly will do their best to get it. These rotors from 034 came super fast. I went back and fourth with a few other options and I went by my own principal of buy once, cry once. Happy that I did. Build quality is second to none.”
