“Sorry to say but I am disappointed with your customer service. I ordered a S4S roll cage over a month ago and no one seems to know the status of my order. S4S customer support doesn’t respond and I have contacted you on numerous occasions but you can’t seem to be able to resolve this issue.”

We apologize for the delays with your order as the roll bar is made to order. The manufacturer has been very slow getting back to us. I see that we have been reaching out to them for updates on your order. It looks like they have gotten back to us that the current ETA is two weeks for this to ship. As soon as we have the tracking you will be the first to know!

“I truly can not write enough good things about this company. I ordered a Christmas present for my son on the day before Thanksgiving. Uro Tuning has the product to me literally the day after thanksgiving. After that his radiator went bad and I ordered the part and Two Days later it arrived. They really came in clutch with that one.”
