“great experience. Fast shipping on items they had in stock and the direct ship items were fast as well. they also keep you updated on the process of those items. I have spent a lot of money with them buying parts for my VW and BMW.”

Hello, Thank you for contacting us! It looks like you purchased the shipping insurance with your order. You will need to fill out a claim with the insurance company with the link provided below. They will then be able to send you a check to cover the cost of the item and the shipping. If you would like to avoid the delays you can place a new order now meanwhile, wait for the insurance company to send the payment for the original lost or damaged package. “Nice people...but, missed the opportunity to provide helpful service which is delivered by groups who know the products. I had to reorder multiple times to obtain the additional parts needed to complete my install. I learned I need to be more aware of everything required to complete my install the next time I order. I will reorder from URO again. However, I will have a better understanding of what is needed to complete my project before I contact anyone.”

“I ordered the Forge Turbo Outlet Hose for my Audi 03 8N TT 225 BEA/BAM. Order processing was fast, however, I received a Forge Coolant Hose Kit for a 1.8T. Item #'s are similar, and BOTH #'s were affixed to the bag for the coolant hose kit. The kit itself was black silicone with clamps and contained approx 20 pieces, all shiny new in condition. The Forge Turbo Outlet Hose is only available in *red, and is a single, short, wide hose with two clamps. Neel in Customer Service was quick to respond with an RMA, and I exchanged and received my correct order within 7 days. Great customer service, and reasonable pricing for my order. Inventory control and order validation need improvement.”

“It was a terrible purchase. I bought these for my 2016 camaro 2.0 turbo which your site specifically says they would fit my car. Well when I went to do this install I noticed the 4 point pin connector is grossly larger than the harness leading up to the coil pack. So needless to say, there not worth a penny to me. I would appreciate either the right clips which I can repin or the right coil packs. Thank yo”
