“I had difficulties with the compatibility, I thought the part finder took into account all the versions of the lamp and bulb equipment. I send photos, my license plate lamps are different from the ones I received. I ask you please guide me on this topic... thanks in advance.”

“Uro tuning hooked this order up for me. My clutch master cylinder died on me, and another vendor I ordered from delayed my order. These guys got my order shipped out quickly, and I got the part in time to put it in the car and get to work. The actual install process was pretty brutal, but that's because I didn't read the forum instructions on the right way to do it (also, my hood got stuck shut halfway through). Overall, very pleasant buying experience.”

“Although the item was listed as in stock and ready to ship it was not. I received an email only after I placed my order telling me this. I was not happy and contacted customer support. To their credit they were extremely prompt and helpful and offered to look into the issue or cancel and refund me. I don't know what they did but it was shipped within a day and I has it within the week. Great customer service!!”

“Install went quite easily- instructions were clear and accurate. All in all it took me about 40 minutes to install the air cleaner and hood scoop. Nice product- sounds really cool as well.”

“Great pricing for parts. I’ve gotten my Unitronic tunes from Urotuning. But, I’ve ordered some sensors that are advertised as OEM VAG/Audi parts and neither were stamped with vw/Audi only similar part numbers.”

“Horrible customer service and follow up. Ordered 40 days ago. Customer Service Ryan Foley says supplier is the issue. This is my 2nd go around with this shotty company. I will never order again and spend as much time as possible in my local car club community sharing my experiences. It's a scam and a rip off. Now I have to dispute my charge 349$ and go in search of the part I ordered. I've had 20 emails with Ryan Foley , humorously at the bottom of every email it says tips are appreciated. Here's my TIP, don't every order from Urotuning. What a f****** joke.”

We are very sorry that you feel this way and for the delays from the manufacturer. The information provided to you was direct from Strafe Design. I see that we were working to get your order canceled and refunded back to you right away to avoid further delays. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to build and ship these items as they are not something that we carry.
