“Part was correct part but after market quality meant that it was a complete waste of money. Part came failed. Don’t buy unless you know your car will operate without OEM quality.”

“The part was what finally fixed my secondary air flow low on bank 1 true fully the car had multiple problems but I'm thankful the car check engine light is finally off. Being in cali oil need to smog thos car. The customer service is very good here ar uro tuning thanknyou”

“Upper tensioners fit perfectly and are the updated version. Too much too long for shipping. Order page showed 0-2 days to ship and I paid for the expedited shipping. Was not shipped for a week since I found out that they were not in stock and needed to be ordered by Urotuning from Audi.”

Keith, We apologize for the delays with your order. The items ordered are genuine Audi parts and are subject to their inventory. Typically, these items are received at our location within 0-2 days. However, this is not always the case as some items take longer. I see that Audi did not inform us of any delays with your order and we shipped this out with the standard shipping paid for on your order. With this order being only 15 days old we would certainly be able to do a warranty exchange on this part.
