“Relay that was sent was defective right out of the box... ordered another off Amazon and fogs are back in action. Everything else from uro tuning has been pure quality 👌. This relay was just a bad batch. Not uro tunings fault”

“Fitment was good other than the original screws for the sensor were different than the holes that were machined into the piping.. threads and size.. easy fix but also I have the rare 2012 beetle turbo mk6 so no body( hardly) makes performance parts specifically for the beetle so everything I buy is for the mk6 gti and I have to modify in some way..”

“Shipping was great very fast. All the products were nicely packed. I've been using Liquimoly Gen Oils for a while now, amazing quality. This time I switched to Liquimoly for the DSG and bevel box. Replacement of the downpipe clamp was easy. Oil change is always a pain due to the racingline oil cooler that requires to empty the cooler. The DSG service is well VW/Audi complicated way of doing things. But satisfied with Urotuning.”

“The FedEx did not deliver my item to my house. I have yet to receive anything and the support claim has been going on for almost 2 weeks. FedEx driver took a blurry picture of the label to hide the fact he didn’t deliver it correctly.”

We apologize for the issues with your package. FedEx did investigate that this package was delivered to the address according to the GPS of the FedEx driver and denied the claim. Unfortunately, since there was no shipping insurance purchased at the time of sale this package would not be covered. We are more than happy to help you out with a replacement part if you would like.
