“Advertisements left something to be desired. Ordered a replacement turbo by CTS for my Audi TTS that was supposed to be a direct repplacement. The inlet looks different and there is an open port (possibly for a blow off valve) where my Borg Warner turbo has a cast plate. The mechanic wouldn't install it. Contacted the company by email and tried to call multiple times with no response to my inquiry.”

Hello Vicki, Thank you for your feedback. This CTS turbo originally has 3 different fitment options. Based on your description, you have received a TSI turbo instead of an FSI turbo. I see we have spoken to you several times on the phone regarding this. We will be setting up a return and responding to your email with a return label. We can further coordinate how you would like to proceed with your return via that email thread. Keep an eye out for our email.
