“Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of my exact Mini Cooper motor mount part need. Even offering installation tips from a recent motor mount replacement he had done. Parts were perfect for and UroTuning save me over $170 over Mini Dealership. And DIY saved me $1100 than have it done by local European repair shop.”

We are more than happy to help you out if there is an issue with the parts or if you would like store credit. We charge a restocking fee on all returns as per our policy. However, we are always more than happy to help make things right if there is an issue.

“Great selection of parts. Shipped items are well packaged but time to ship is a bit long. Likely due to them bewing on the east coast but overall great experience so far. highly recommended!!”

“Bought an intake for a 335d bmw. Purchased it at the end of November and it was estimated i would receive it in 2 weeks. I still have yet to receive it and it's February. I've gotten a few updates but no product. If you'd like to buy a present for someone for next years Christmas and don't care if it takes a few months to arrive, you've come to the right place! I'll give it 2 stars since they actually have customer service.”
