“Absolutely love the wheels! Customer service was a nightmare to deal with. :( I ended up having to pay an extra 250 for something that could’ve been avoided if customer service did their job. Only Got one response a day, and took me about a month to get the correct wheels even though im 6 hours away from the distributor. I would never buy from this sad excuse of a website and wouldn’t recommend anyone this site either. But”

We are very sorry that you feel that way. After looking into our contact via email I see that we responded to you in a timely manner with the information from the supplier. The incorrect wheels were purchased on our site originally and we worked to try to stop the package from shipping out. However, the manufacturer had shipped them immediately. We working with you to get the return and exchange going for the correct wheels. We are always happy to help in any way that we can as we take customer service very seriously.

“Ordered IS20 to upgrade my sportwagen and opted for the 2 day shipping. Actually got here in 2 business day...I live in Hawaii! Pretty much unheard of so extremely thankful for the quality part but also getting it to me as quick as it did.”

“Your service, communication, and I'm sure the product is great. No complants from me. I'm sorry to say I can not use the product. I purchased twp (adaptive) head lamps for my 2008 Audi A6 from another source and they were a puzzel. Not only did I need the ballast you provided but two controle modules and bulbs were not included. Twice my mechanic removed the bumper of the car to replace and add parts to those lamps. At last effort a damaged lamp was out of stock with that vendor and could not be replaced. Gonna have to trash that nice car, 250k miles running great but book value is $5K and it will cost $6K to have the dealer fix the lights. Will you refund or buy the ballast back?”
