“Hello, I bought center floating caps for my 2023 Audi Q8 Quattro from you. Your website said that they would fit but when I tried to install them they were not able to seat all the way in because of the bolt that is holding the wheel. I was disappointed by this and so decided to return the caps. I am going to be further disappointed that I will be charged a restocking fee for the return of an item that didn't fit as you said it would. I will be curious to see what my refund is 'but at this point I am not interested in purchasing from you again in the future. Otherwise the floating caps looked incredible”

Greg, These caps are listed to fit several vehicles as they are a standard size. However, some vehicles will have premium wheel packages and these may not fit. We issued you a full refund as these did not fit for you.

“Plastic rings broke (1st pic) causing a vibration in rim, so I went on Amazon and purchased metal rings in 74.1 od 67.1 id (2 pic) and they worked.”
