“I feel like the colors I received were not as pictured in the add. Also the lipstick is not as sparkly as I thought it would be, it does stay on for a long time. Although I woke up with pink lips when I ordered a beige color.”

“I believe the brand is an excellent brand. The prices aren't bad at all. And I love that the shipping is fast. The only thing I don't like is when you order something and if you don't like the color for instance foundation because it doesn't match you, you can't return it like you can at Sephora. It would be nice if you could return it and be able to either get you're money back, or do an exchange, or store credit. That's the only thing that makes me think twice about ordering from them.”

“The colors are different than on the model.. they are all much darker. I had to give them away. That only applies to the glitter flip.. the shimmer lipstick is absolutely beautiful.. I will try more shades just not the glitter flip..”

“I bought the advent calendar this year. The nail file was missing and it had 7 repeat shades in it, 1 of which has been in 3 calendars. The products are great but that was a let down.”
