“Delivery was prompt, however, was was not particularly satisfied with the lipstick. I expected there to be sparkle throughout the lipstick and not just on the outside. Once you have used a bit of it, the sparkle is gone and soon it is just plain lipstick that I can buy for a lot less money than what I paid for this product. Sorry, I thought it would be great, but it is not.”

“My wife loved the gift. And the product is great. However, I paid for the gift to be wrapped and it came as is, with no wrapping. Needless to say, my wife still opened the package and was still surprised.”

“Normally I really like the products I buy from US Ciate London but lately the products that I have been receiving are not the best quality don’t have lasting power and don’t say or do what the company says they’re going to do so I have been disappointed with the products lately.”

“The polishes look nice, but you didn't have any base coat on your site to buy, so I have to try to find one that will work with gelology. The glitter lip products aren't that sparkly and the red is not as bright as pictured.”

“Only received half my order, no response to my attempts to contact. The one thing I did receive (glitter flip) was OK. It is a bit sticky and drying, but the color was really fun and long lasting.”

“My wife hasn’t used the actual product yet so I have no idea if it’s good or bad but your price for gift wrapping would’ve been good had you actually wrapped it instead of charge me $4 for a thin short ribbon on top of a cardboard box. I feel cheated and if you lied about actual gift wrapping im not all to sure your product will be any good.”

“I got the surreal royal purple and it is quite a bit darker and more red in person than it is in the website photo. I thought the application was nice, just disappointed that it wasn’t the color I thought I was getting.”
