“Quality is not good. The shimmer does not look like advertised. The colors are very different in real life. Waste of $ and they wouldn’t even take a return!”

“Ordered 4 Glitter Flips. Love them all! Trick for me was to apply a little lip balm prior to application, and I’m good to go! Love this product.”

“horribly disappointed in everything. the colors were very different than advertised or shown. the glittery ness of the flip was not as shown. the customer service when i wrote an email was we dont take anything back that was opened! so not nice they had every excuse in the book about the color and lack of glitter!! i expected so much more from this luxury brand!!!!”

“Item not as described. It is shown to not transfer color from your lips and to only turn sparkley after you rub your lips together. It is sparkly as soon as you put it on and does not get any more sparkly when you rub your lips together. Also transfers to my morning coffee cup. Not at all worth the price! Very disappointed”

“So my daughter was in the hospital for her crohn's disease and she was in there for a while she was really happy in being this a normal kid and everything she 17 years old mind you and one day I had to leave for home to go change in everything and when they came back the nurse was waiting and asked if she could give her a gift to help make her day a little brighter I was like of course. she was really down and just wanted to be home but I knew she was where she needed to be. So nurse Sara I'll call her brought a little gift bag for her and inside of it was a lippy a glitter flip lippy and she's not a make up the girl so this I thought she was going to push it aside or something but I was so wrong. When she open up the bag and she was like OMG !!! mommy look this is the one that I see all over facebook look mommy !! we get close to her as she presses her lips together and then she opened them and then poof they're just like ful of glitter Omg she was so excited she went from night to day just like that she was just happy the rest of the being a single mom of 5 is hard you know I can't really afford to buy high end make up so for her to get this glitter flipped for my daughter melted my heart it was $20 I believe 19 value to my daughter it was gold she was in on cloud 9 with this she was is so happy and everything and I think the colors she got was whispers It is natural light color and I was glad about that as she's really light skinned it and stuff but she was all like "look mommy as she went on to try it on. She also took me to the website and showed me all of the of different colors that they have She was just so excited so the other colors she wanted was a purple color fortune and there was another one that was blue I think it was a siren color and then a red I think it's Hollywood I believe. She says to me Mommy I want these too preety please mommy and these were so pretty I felt a happy the way she was my heart so full of joy seeing her reaction to the glitter flip and showing me the other colors. I can't afford them but I will save extra money just to buy her a couple more whatever makes her happy being sick most of her life is something that breaks me everyday but seeing her happy is all I want. She is in love with the entire collection so that's a whole lot of saving lol but I promise her she will get it. I just wanted to say thank you because she was really sad was emotional she was in there for at least a week and that 1 day there she got that glitter flip changed her whole attitude change everything until the day to the day she went home and she can't stop talking about it she wears it all the time even just around the house it makes her feel happy makes her feel good about herself and she has can have in her memories that's her very 1st make. She has her lip balms and chapsticks but that is her very 1st lippie and I do believe she did write it down her diary so this is going down in the books so thank you very much for making my daughter very happy with this you magic creation it's genius and I am one happy mommy so to thak you guys very very much and for making my daughter happy and smiling again to the nurse to for going out and doing this for her and everything means a lot to me thank you guys.”

“My experience was really amazing. The packaging and shipping was really fast and my product is perfect. I already knew the product would be good as I sampled it ib Ipsy but I am really pleased with the full size. I didn’t really have to communicate with customer service on here, however whoever runs the Ciaté Instagram was really nice and actually showed love on my story mention and wished me well. I will definitely be purchasing again.”

“This Lipstick is sooooo magical! I love it! The lipstick does not mess up with kisses! It does wipe off easy if touched with hands, I smeared it on accident. It has the perfect glitter ratio. I feel like I can conquor the world when I wear it. The color selection is fabulous and I already have my sister obsessed with it too! Will be buying it again!”

“I bought two of the lip colors (Glitter Flip Candy & Forbidden) that supposedly wouldn't rub off. I love the color tones, but they do come off. It didn't stay on well at all.”

“I ordered the gel eyeliner and the glitter lips. The eyeliner is great. The glitter lips, however falls extremely short of how it’s advertised. It’s hard to apply and glitter showed, it didn’t get more glittery as I pressed my lips. I really wanted this to work as I’m expanding my make up. I’m sad that it didn’t.”
