“Item came dirty and marked, and I needed it for the day after delivery (hence paying to have delivery) no partial refund offered only an exchange or refund neither of which were helpful to me. No one seems to be able to help with the problem. Really unhappy.”

“Before usc was my go to site for clothes and trainers, unfortunately my last few orders haven't been as described. None of the colours have been close to the picture. Five pounds postage then having to pay to return it with no other options. I'm disappointed and reluctant to order. That being said l really like the clothes and the prices and it's alway been delivered quickly.”

“I thought that I order the trainers from the photos in the site, but I recieved other color. It seems the photos in the site are wrong, the name of the color is correct, but actualy dolphin as a color is rather misleading. I write about it to the support and add images. The answer I recieved was that from the photos it seems I've recieved the correct item. The grayscaled version of the item I ordered maybe? In fact usc haven't even changed the photos in the site...my first order and totally disappointed.”

“Product good but delivery too slow and expensive. For using a courier service, Royal Mail first class would have been cheaper and faster. Disappointed”

“Wrong size delivered, no one answered the customer service number ever. I tried on numerous occasions. No reply to email apart from auto message & I have to pay to return a product when the mistake was out of my hands. Not impressed.”

“This is my first time useing this service. I made a very big order of almost £200, i had an email confirmation but nowhere did it state that items i had bought which were not in stock yet would delay the WHOLE order. I assumed the rest of my order would come through and then the items which would arrive almost a month later would be dispatched separately . I emailed the department 3 times until i had a response . Most the items received were great but sending some back at my own is going to be expensive. so overall not very happy”

“Rubbish! Got someone else’s delivery instead of mine so contacted customer services straight away and 4 days later still awaiting a response. Postage costs were expensive as well.”
