“They’re usually great but I recieved a pair of jeans that looked great but the zip was broken and they were way tighter than a waist 29 but I just don’t have the energy to go through the refund process”

“Worst service ever emailed me to say my delivery would be here next day for which paid extra then they even confirmed it would be here. Waited around all day then finally called DPD who say That USC haven't even sent them my parcel. Very disappointed”

“If I could rate lower than one star I would. First of all you charge your customers to pick up a collection from in store, your website is below average at best and not to mention the fact that you charge for returns! I’ve just paid under £14 to send an order back!!!! In total it’s cost me £19 to do what every other clothing does for free. I used to shop at USC all the time, after this it’s safe to say I’m never going to shop here again and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows of this and stays away too.”
