“Paid for next day delivery, was reported delivered 3 days later. Emailed to say it had been left in ‘rear porch’ no idea what a rear porch is and no sign of the parcel once I returned. Customer service on Twitter very slow at reacting to the issue.”

“I received the wrong item and I have to pay to send it back. Instead of a Lacoste pants I got a bra??? First i thought it was a joke....I'm waiting for a refund or the right item...But still I'll paid 8 pounds te send the item back???? It's a clear error by the order picker...I'm wandering what USC will handle this to make me a satisfied customer.....”

“I have bought goods many times from USC. I have always been happy with the service and products. I was a little disappointed with this order. The security tag was left on one of the garments. I had to return it to USC at my own cost.”
