“My moshino shirts x2 large arrived in a bag screwed up wasn't happy then realised they were 2 different sizes so emailed customer service no response at all sent back cost€4.95 asked for refund as to me these were faulty goods”

“I think the return policy is not fare because you have to pay for your delivery then you have to pay for your returns even when you return in store you can only have a credit note and there is not a lot of choice in the stores Also you do not get any refund on your delivery or return charges unlike any other well known retailer”
