“Parcel said delivered on website but we hadn’t received it. At the time it was allegedly delivered there was somebody at home. No contact number given, only managed to find a number to call after googling USC customer service and somebody had shared a Parcelforce number which is the UK agent. Fortunately this worked and we located the parcel. It had been delivered to our local post office but no email to me to tell me what they had done. Not impressed.”

“I ordered 3 t shirts paid for them on line wanted click and collect which cost £4.99 which I find a joke and will never be ordering on line again.and two days later gets and email to say one of my three t shirts was out of stock.you shouldn't take people's money if it's out of stock”

“I have still not received my item that was ordered on the 4th of November, when I check my tracking reference it is still saying on the way to the courier on the 8th of November.”

“Rubbish service ordered 2 products only got 1 after paying had to wait 5days to receive money back payed next day delivery came 2 days later called customer services and no joy left email no reply will not be purchasing anything from this company again”

“Shoes came on time. Wrong zose too narrow just a barcode no letter for returns. Not shopped with usc for a while. Standards have dropped. Will see if I can go in store add change them. Disappointed”

“I order from usc a lot and it’s really good but the thing I don’t agree on is when you have placed an order the day after you will email me saying that one or more of my items are out of stock but don’t let me add another item on instead of the out of stock item so that means I would have to pay for the postage again and I don’t agree with that I’ve tried emailing and phoning in the past and I don’t get anywhere and I picked a parcel up from store last week and asked because two of my items were out of stock and didn’t get anywhere then. A free postage voucher should be given if any of your items are out of stock once you have placed a order or let you amend your order.”
