“1 of my items was cancelled from the order as it was out of stock, emailed customer services explaining I didn’t need the other item as one of the items was now out of stock as it was part of a set. Had no reply from customer services. Item then arrived dirty so had to pay another lot of postage to send it back all at no fault of my own! Overall out of pocket and dissatisfied. Won’t be using usc again!”

“Ordered Hugo boss trainers and when arrived only one shoe in the box. No apology and told out of stock so basically can't have them. Made to feel appreciative that they will give me a Freepost return label, well thank you!! Definitely never shop online with yourselves again.”

“Never again ! the trainers were completely shop soiled different shades of white dirty sole hair and sock fluff inside and creased !! Was a birthday present for someone so had to buy another pair from JD sports so had to pay out twice whilst waiting to send them back too say I’m not happy is an understatement.”

“USC are my go to ship for new clothes. I recommend them to my friends and family and no one has been disappointed. I have shopped in USC for over 10 years and vwryvrarely go anywhere else. G star is my favourite brand and the only brand which I buy and you are the only place I would go to to buy it. My only gripe is that you do not offer the same amount of G star clothing in your stores as online however I know that this is because you offer so many brands and your physical stores are only do big. Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to buy my favourite brand for so many years as their website is hard to use and their stores are few and far between. I love when you have your 70%off sales as this enables me to go all out and buy several articles of clothing! Thank you! Scott”

“USC the items I was looking for at a reasonable price. The difference between 5 stars (very good) v’s the 3 stars (acceptable) the latter which I’ve scored, is the delivery terms are terrible. In this day and age most (if not all) quality online retailers offer free delivery and returns. Sadly USC like all other “Mike Ashley” retailers shirk from offering this. The £5 voucher to spend in store is a cop-out which in many cases I’m sure most people either end up not using as there is nothing they want for £5 or end up spending more money in store putting the £5 towards a higher priced item they were not intending on buying.”
