“Never received my order, was meant to go to a shop for click and collect. Received emails saying that it had been collected by the courier then heard nothing else for days then finally received an email saying there had been a problem and I would be refunded.”

“Received the wrong item. Paid for next day delivery as well because of it being a gift. Not pleased at all with the hassle of returning the wrong item just to recive the item I originally ordered.”

“Clothing is great, however I am disappointed then when spending nearly £200 on clothes I still have to pay for delivery...and this is the slowest company for delivering clothes. On top of that any returns is at the cost of the buyer! As my parcel had a sports direct sticker on it I assume that this company is a part of them...so why can't I return goods and collect goods from their store, getting the same delivery service and voucher as a sports direct customer would get.”

“SUPER fast delivery - I live in Estonia and usually it takes weeks for anything to get here, but my order was in my hands 3-5 days after they shipped it out. The UK to EU sizing is, however, in my opinion a little off, as UK 10 is more like a S/M than an S. So if you are a solid S, consider going for UK 8. But all in all great service.”

“Won’t be shopping with you again, first and last time, ordered a bikini set, paid then got an email stating the bottoms were out of stock making the bikini top useless and then learning I’m responsible for the postage charges to send it back to you which makes me out of pocket, I’ll stick to JD and Footasylum were you can return them back to the store in future.”

“Was rather disappointed the actual box containing ordered items was very bashed and rather tatty!!! Deal on item in box was good but the box is what will be wrapped for Christmas gift..... May just be a one off but would recommend workers processing orders be more mindful about the packaging and ask if they would like a gift boxed in such a tattered box....”
