“I received my products on time however I ordered some shoes and the shoe box was damaged when I opened the packaging, it was abit of a shame because that was a gift for someone”

“The coat was worth the money especially as it was in the sale. However it was a bit big and I could have done with a smaller size but as USC don't offer Click and Collect it would have cost me half of what I paid for the coat to send back and order another. Come on USC most stores offer this service free of charge so why not join in on it and people would probably buy more, including me.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery,but had to email as did not arrive.Item was delivered day after but USC refunded the extra I had paid. Annoyed at not receiving item when I was told I would but customer service team were quick in responding”

“USC made me happy with the great selection of clothes and I was able to find what I wanted. But I was unhappy with the returns policy, it's cost me £6.99 to get next day delivery which I used twice last week, but it cost me £5.50 to return items. I feel there needs to be a free returns option.”

“Have been looking for a new winter coat to replace an exceptionally warm parka that is now over 10 years old with a broken zip, and thought I'd found a good replacement with an internal removable lining. However on arrival the furry lining is right up to the zip, which makes doing it up the work of several minutes not to catch the fluff in it, and the arms and body of the coat are just thin cotton rendering it fairly useless as a replacement warm coat. I have not returned it as it is a nice-looking coat, but very poorly designed!”

“I use several click and collect services with several companies but because of mine and my partner's sizes with USC we have to do so but the fact the Weymouth USC has that in the window you can't select them you have to go to Sports Direct a 20 min walk out of town and then get to and deliver to store several days later is a bit expensive and slow for its money... voucher for them not USC and can't be used online is a bit of a waste for me...”

“Website really easy to use and happy with products received. The reason i have scored this down is due to the service received at Stockport store. I was given the product straight away but as I wanted to buy more goods in store I wanted to use the£5 voucher I was told would get with my delivery. it was a very busy Sunday and we only travelled to Stockport to pick up the goods. Due to your systems being down they couldn't give me the voucher unless I waited for the systems to work even though didn't know how long. I asked for the £5 to be taken off my goods I had bought in store. The manager refused without reason and had passed the message through a team member. I was disappointed that the manager couldn't tell us this himself. It's disappointing that we had to pay £5 for delivery to get this back as a voucher and then be refused it in store even though paid more money out. I would have just delivered it to my house and made it easier for myself. Either way your manager in store should not be a manager if he can't deal with customers asking for a simple request!”

“Good products. I won't use again unfortunately, as usually returns are free to send back. I sent back shoes for an exchange, I had to pay £5 delivery. It's not worth it.”
