“Products were good quality. Annoyed that I had to pay £4.99 for a click and collect service. Ridiculous. Might has well have had it delivered to my house.”

“The delivery was fine but the way the items i ordered were packaged was terrible the polo shirt looked as if it had just been tossed into a torn plastic bag this was to be a Christmas gift now i am trying to find a real lambretta plastic bag to repackage it myself not to happy on this occasion”

“I was very happy with my order however I spent £115 and still had to pay £4.99 for delivery, when I tried to get my order sent to a store it wasn't giving me the option to get it delivered to a store in Belfast and as I don't drive this was no good for me so I had to take the delivery.”

“Lots to choose from The delivery was excellent as I was kept updated all the way. My only gripe is..I ordered a rock and rags beach cover up,and ended up with something totally different”

“5 out of 5 for delivery. Ordered pretty much last minute and recieved the shirt the next day at a decent time. Unfortunately the shirt looked nothing like the picture advertising it. Couldn't of looked anymore different really. The shirt was vile! Feels like false advertising or something. Obviously not liking it i've sent it back (£2.85 to do so), on top of the £6.99 next day delivery fee and having to travel to town to a shop that sounds like liver pieland to get another shirt was a massive inconvenience and a loss of money just to ensure that i could make it to a friends birthday. Unpleasant shopping experience for a new customer. Hope this changes.”

“The website, prices etc were good...I do think a free delivery should be available after spending £50. DONT USE YODEL!!! This is the reason why the score isnt higher. I got my package 2 days AFTER estimated! I paid for next day delivery, so it actually took 3 days. They are terrible! The package wasnt delivered due to "traffic".”

“I chose click and collect whilst placing my delivery, this stated online that I would recieve a 5 pound voucher to spend in store. However when I collected my order it was from sports direct, and got told I had to spend it there. I do not shop in there, I had found something I wanted from USC. So this was rather dissapointing.”
