“The coat came an was as it described. However it didn't look right on. I paid for the express delivery. As the coat didn't look right I sent it back which cost a further charge to do. So I ended up spending a fortune just on delivery! Other than that I was happy with the service”

“Think your delivery charge is over priced. As I looked into click and collect, thought the whole point of click and collect was collection from the shop free, but was wrong same price as delivery. This is the only place I have ever none this, I will never order again from yourselves. Thank You”

“Cheap, and speedy delivery. However, they need to allow reviews of individual products on the site, or at least feedback on sizing. Part of my order was size 11 trainers that were size 10 at best. Not USC's fault, but there is no way to know in advance, and so I have to pay for return postage.”

“Nice looking website and great offer. Not very lucky with my last purchage as I received a XXL polo shirt instead of a size S. Not worth the exchange as I would have to pay to post the item and it would be time consuming really.”

“Products can generally be a good deal (if you know what you're buying). However the delivery is not free even if you spend a lot of money and it costs to return (why can't it be returned to stores)!!”

“Good value Converse trainers and good comms for delivery. I think you should have a free delivery option given I spent over £100 though as it would put me off ordering from you again when others offer this”

“The products are good and the service was quick but I don't think there should be such a high charge for a store collection!!! It's the same to have them delivered and also you can't even collect from your local USC store! Very inconvenient”

“I have been ordering clothes from usc now for many years and usually have nonproblems but lately i have had many.for one they sent the wrong size and i received a denim jacket which has no tag and seems to have been worn..”

“I ordered 3 pairs of Tommy Hilfger boxers shorts and paid the standard delivery of £4.99. My package arrived on the 5th day after I ordered them (not a problem) however the packaging was ripped and as it was a gift I would have ideally liked to give them in the original packaging so they could be returned if they was not the correct fit. All in all, an expensive delivery charge for a pretty poor service.”

“The product was good BUT paid for next day delivery which took 4 days to come which meant I was unable to wear it at the event I was planning to wear it to. And I could of saved money if I just paid half the price for standard delivery”
