“Good prices. Paying to collect in store though is poor, even though a £5 voucher is issued. Collect in store should be free!!! There should also be a free delivery option for orders over a certain value like most of USC's competitors offer”

“I sent for 3 jackets all size medium and all were too big. I decided to exchange them for a small so returned them via the post office who charged me £12.90 to post back. Had I known it would cost this much I wouldn't have ordered them.”

“I'm always very pleased with USC. I was happy with the prices of items and how quickly my order got dispatched. However I ordered two pairs of boots, one was too small and the other the zip was broken. I had to return them and because USC don't do free returns, I had to pay over £12 for postal which I'm not very happy about.”

“Great customer service via social media. Fab clothes. Shame about the delivery & return costs. Not customer friendly and does put you off. Especially when competitors have it for free!”

“USC made me happy with products. USC didn't live up to previous experience by giving me product that had been questionably used previously then stuffed back into packaging, product quality was not up to usual 'USC' standard. Disappointed.”

“Quick service but unfortunately the boots I bought were not suitable. It was difficult to see exactly what they looked like from the 2 views available but ordered them anyway. I paid about £5 for delivery and will have to pay about the same to return them;£10 out of pocket with nothing to show. I have since unsubscribed and will be shopping elsewhere in future, such a shame.”

“Free returns would make the whole experience much easier - especially as the fit of the various brands is pretty random and there is no differentiating sizing info on the website Prices are generally very good compared to others”

“Item didnt arrive on the day and apparently they posted a missed delivery slip, which was a lie as my work desk faces the front window and i didnt see no driver. But the item was nice when i eventually got it”
