Good service in retail Staff friendly and efficient. Quick service . Delivery prices abit expensive for in store delivery considering a lot of stores offer free in store delivery or next day delivery rather than 3-5 days. Reasonably priced for home delivery

Items were meant to be delivered on Saturday between 9am-9pm (paid extra) but did not arrive till Tuesday. YODEL is not a good delivery service But USC costumer service was friendly and helpful enough

It didn't to be honest, ordered a pair of jeans came pretty quick the size on the label with correct but didn't match the jeans itself. So I had to pay to send them back which didn't seem fare as I was not at fault what so ever.

happy with the products but some did not fit so had to be returned i am very disapointed with the returns policy! either pay another five pounds after already paying delivery or return in store only for an exchange. a very good way for usx to make sure items are not return and the monry is spent instore!

I'm happy with purchase but wasn't happy with delivery charge even though I collected from store £4.99 .. Which I recieved back as a voucher .. It made me feel like I was forced to purchase again

I've mainly been happy with my purchases at usc, I like how the in store voucher compensates for the delivery charge. However when I had to return a faulty garment I had to pay for the postage-i think this is wrong. Anything returned due to a manufacturing fault shouldn't be at the cost of the customer!!

Hello I hope you take this as constructive criticism. I am a non UK resident and I have used your site before many times. The product is excellent and as far as the process is concerened everything follows through well. However I have 2 complaints. The first I regard as serious as it relates to pricing and the second one, though rather poor, I can live with due to the cost of shipment. I will start with the first complaint. I am a non UK resident and my experience with dealing with similar sites as yours, in particular amazon.uk, is that as a non UK resident I do not pay VAT. A sale to me is regarded as an export and should be VAT exempt. As I mentioned before in comparison I use amazon.uk and with all listed prices the VAT is deducted. Your site does not explicitly say that prices listed are ex VAT so I will assume that they are inclusive of VAT. Therefore I suggest you get the site programmers to do the necessary set up changes to detect overseas buyers and as a consequence deduct VAT. If this to your mind is a company policy not to do so please state it on your website and let potential customers decide if they wish to continue to purchase from you are not. One way or another this needs to be addressed My second complain is the shipment packaging. The way you send an order is akin to a person stuffing a laundry basket with dirty clothes. I accept the fact that for cost that a satchel is used to save on cost as compared to a carton, however, that doesnt excuse the fact that the clothes are thrown in haphazardly. Let me give you an example. I bought 7 items being a combination of t-shirts and a coat. Most t-shits looked as if they had been grabbed of the store rack, the hangers removed, in the process the plastic covering ripped and just thrown in the satchel. Only 1 t-shirt looked as if it came from the storeroom and was packaged in a manner you would have received it from the suppler being folded and tighly sealed in its plastic packaging. When the satchel arrived the garments were halk if and half out of the plastic covering and rushed in such a manner as to make you wonder. As online retailers I am sure you are aware of the value of presentation to the customer of purchases when they are received. Outside of the above 2 issues I think your site is easy to manouvrer and to use and the product is great. I hope you can address the other points Thanks

Ordered 5 items at a great price only to be sent a email after purchase to be told 1 was out of stock. Paid by paypal and over 1 week later still havnt recieved a refund for the missing item instead I have been charged the full amount

Recently purchased 2 items which we were delivered in the same package which was great, happy with the product. However when returning home after picking product up from an in store location I was disappoint to find the electronic tag still applied to my adidas hoodie. This has now required me to return to the store to remove the tag and it was something I didn't expect to have to do. I will occur a parking charge for returning to the store and is an inconvenience for me as I don't have a huge amount of spare time, hence ordering on line. Overall the process has been very good apart from this mishap I look forward to your to response in the coming days. Kind regards

Good value but extremely annoyed that even though I cancelled my order you still delivered my item. You then only refunded the amount of the item and not postage and I also then had to pay£5.50 to send it back
