“Felt it was a bit ridiculous to be charged £4.99 to have my clothing delivered to a store. Shame wouldn't buy from them again.”

“Product was just as expected however the packaging it arrived in was in terrible condition making me doubt what my product had been through during transit. Not great when paying for safe delivery of an item!”

“I shopped at the USC at the metro centre Gateshead, I feel that this branch is too small considering the amount of space that sports direct is taking up on this site. Also when returning goods I think you should get a refund to your credit card rather than a credit note, especially if you only go shopping there a couple of times a year.”

“I really like USC because of the quantity of items you can find and the efficacy to deliver them in such a short time. However, the fact that you cannot modify an order once you make it was a really big problem for me this time because I got two pairs of shoes with the wrong number and I tried to change them 10 minutes after I ordered them and it couldn't be changed. Maybe you could just let like a margin of time to make some changes, it would be nice just in case someone made a mistake in their order like me.”

“Really pleased with the speed the product came. On the downside was not happy with condition in which it arrived, there were holes in the back from where the tag was even though I had not worn nor cut the tags off. This was a little disappointing as I was excited to receive it.”
