“Was a fast delivery, what I didn't like, I collected the item from store and I still had to pay shipping fee, don't make sense, that was my only downside.”

“Well, that's quite presumptive "tell us how USC made you happy" because you didn't completely. Sure the polo, men's coat and socks were fine, however the woman's coat has a rip in the interior lining on the cuff which will get worsened over time as my girlfriends hand will catch it when she puts it on. I've sent it back to ask for a replacement but wasn't best pleased that you originally asked me to send it back paid delivery. Thankfully somebody in customer service provided me with a free post address to send it to, hence three stars.”

“Free £5 voucher to spend in store when ordering online! You can only pick your order up from sports direct so be prepared for half hour wait and the £5 voucher is ONLY for use in their store so be prepared for another half hour wait when using the voucher”

“Normally I'm happy with the delivery but I ordered next day and it came at 20:30. I had waited in all day and only just left the house thinking it was not going to arrive. Then on the Monday I watched the delivery man from the window. He walked up the stairs without a parcel, knocked, walked straight back down the stairs and was about to leave.”

“3 items ordered, 2 received in good condition. However the 3rd even though it still had tags attached had marks and a stain on it. I will be returning this item.”

“Ordered Adidas Cape Town sunglasses,dispatched and received pretty quickly,however,went to buy another pair the following day and they'd put the price up from £12.00 to well over double at £29.99!!! What's that all about USC???”

“Using the website is really easy but I think the standard delivery price is ridiculous, most companies offer free click and collect or a small fee not £5 to them pick up in store at sports direct where the staff there are really rude and have no customer service experience whatsoever and working in retail myself this is key priority with customers”
